Question:
Are there minimums on order quantities?

Answer:
No! You can order from 1 to 10000 shirts, call for larger orders.

Question:
What are my options for design placement and design size?

Answer:
In the customizer/design studio you will see two icons that say "front" or "back" Click on "front" From here you can either choose a "full" or "pocket" design, along with changing the size and alignment of the garment. Please note we will not print an image other than in the center(chest)of the garment unless specified by the customer.

Question:
How do I design on the back of a garment from the customizer?

Answer:
In the customizer there is a black button that says "Advanced Edit". Click it. This will move your design to the design studio, now click on the thumbnail picture of the garment marked “back” begin by adding art or text.

Question:
I would like to add some notes to my order, is this at all possible?

Answer:
Yes! In your shopping cart, there's an option that says "ADD NOTES" Click it. Start writing what notes you would like us to keep in mind regarding the order.

I would like to create my own shirt, without using your design templates, Is this possible?

Answer:
Yes. Click on the design studio link, begin by adding art or text.

Question:
I live in Albuquerque, NM and am wondering if I can pick up my order to save the shipping cost?

Answer:
Yes. While checking out, in the shipping address option click "Don't ship my order- I will pick it up" Once your order is ready to be picked up, a customer service representative will call you tell you your orders is ready to be picked up.

Answer:
No! We offer many more garments, please contact customer service for availability.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Answer:
Yes! Once you've added the items to your shopping cart, call customer service at 1-800-930-2818, and refer to your cart number.

Question:
What type of T-shirts do you use?

Answer:
At this time the only T-shirt offered on the website is the Port and Company, 100% cotton essential T. However, we offer Hanes, Gildan, and Jerzees. Please call customer service for availability.

What files are supported for adding my own images?

Answer:
The following files are supported: Web images e.g. PNG, GIF, JPG, BMP. Photoshop files e.g. TIF, PSD

Answer:
Click the "Design Studio" link, then click the yellow "Add Art" button.

Question:
How do I edit a design in my account?

Answer:
Log into your account, click "your designs", click the design that you would like to edit, then click "edit in design studio" Remember the design studio only saves designs, so if you would like the design to be on another product other than a white t-shirt, simply click the blue "Switch Product" button, then click "view other products."

Question:
How do I get a quote?

Answer:
Once you have finalized your design and are ready to place an order, Simply click on the green "BUY NOW" button. Enter the quantities and sizes you would like and click "add to cart". The price will be displayed in the shopping cart.

Question:
Do you guys offer any youth size garments?

Answer:
Yes we do. In the shopping cart there's an option that says "ADD NOTE"- click it. Here you can write what youth sizes you would like. For example: If the total order is for 20 shirts, simply write I would like 10 of those shirts to be youth small, and the other ten to be youth large, or something of that nature.

How do I choose different garments?

Answer:
In the design studio or customizer, there's a blue button that says "SWITCH PRODUCT"- click it. Now, click the link that says "view other products".

How do I delete designs from my account?

Answer:
At the time there is not an option to delete designs from your account.

Question:
I would like my order to arrive sooner than 10 business days, is this possible?

Answer:
Yes! While checking out, there are 3 shipping options. Ground, 2-day, and next day. Choosing the expediting shipping, not only expedites shipping but expedites process time.

Question:
For some reason when I upload my own image in the design studio or customizer, there is a colored box behind my artwork. How do I make the box disappear?

Answer:
The best option is to upload your artwork using an image format that supports transparency such as PNG or Photoshop PSD. If this is not an option, please add a note from the shopping cart saying you would like our artists to remove the box for you.

How do I get my artwork to be a left chest design?

Answer:
Once you are in the design studio or customizer, simply double click on the garment thumbnail that says “FRONT” Once you have done this, you will see a box that says Design Placement and Size. Here you will see 2 options. One that says “FULL” and the other that says “POCKET” click on “POCKET”.

How long does it take to get my order?

Answer:
Typically it take 10 business days to get the orders out of our production facility, then 1-5 days transit time, depending on where you are located.

I am looking into placing a bulk order, is it possible to get a discount?

Answer:
Our website automatically discounts prices based on the quantity in your shopping cart. For further information or to inquire about specials, please contact Customer Service.

Question:
How do I add names and numbers?

Answer:
Once you are ready to add names and numbers to your garment, simply click the green “BUY NOW” button. Pick the size and quantity you would like and click add to cart. Once in the shopping cart there is an option that says “Add Name and Numbers” Click it. Click on the roster size you want, and start adding names and numbers as you please. You will also be able choose the ink color you would like to use for your names and numbers.

Why does my order status say "PENDING AUTH"?

Answer:
If the status of your order is PENDING AUTH, this simply means that your order is being processed through our order authorization system. If we need any additional information from you in regards to your order, we may contact you via phone or email. Please note that you are always free to contact our customer service department in regards to the status of your order at 1-800-930-2818.
